He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Lee Cates Courtois of St. James; his wife Richelle Johnson of St. James; his sons, Dryden Michael Courtois of St. James, Alexander Trey Phelan of St. James and Devin Nicholas Phelan (Ryley Danielle) of St. James; his brothers, Richard Matthew Courtois of St. James and Mark Patrick Courtois of St. James; his grandson Lucas Michael James Phelan; and his great-nephew Grayson Patric Courtois.
