She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Milton Jensen and Vera Loraine Jensen (Cook); her son David C. Evans; her brothers, Donald M. Jensen and Milton L. Jensen; and her former husband Charles E. Evans.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary L. "Lorrie" Burns (Gary) of St. James, MO and Diana Henry (James) of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Jeremy Henry, William Mayberry, Danielle Mundale (Mike), David Evans (Brandy), Andrea Dominguez (Matt), Cole Henry and Jerrica Perriguey (Ethan); and her great grandchildren, Dayton Browers, Madelynn Petrie, Amelia Mayberry, Evan Mayberry, Cooper Evans, Annastasia Dominguez and Natasha Dominguez.
Caroline endured much in her lifetime including the Great Depression, WWII and multiple epidemics and pandemics such as polio and COVID, having contracted and survived diphtheria at the age of 3.
