He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Louis; and his brothers, George William McIntosh (Bill), Benjamin L. McIntosh (B. L.) and James Donald McIntosh (Jim). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Joseph McIntosh and Jerry Leon McIntosh; his children, Dennis McIntosh (Carla) of Farmington and Gail Doveikis (Phillip) of Ballwin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Benjamin McIntosh (Natalie), John McIntosh (Jodi), Samuel Doveikis (Rachel) and Kate Schneider (Brett); and his great grandchildren, Helen, Rosalie, Kennedi, Sawyer, Finley, James and Mackenzie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
