He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Moore and Judy Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Deaton; and his sons, Thomas Lackey of St. James, MO and Charles Lackey of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by two granddaughters, two grandsons, and seven great-grandchildren.
