James E. Spalding Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2022, at the age of 90, James E. Spalding of Saint Elizabeth, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Spalding and Anna Mae Spalding (Yates) of Monroe City, MO.; his brothers, John F. Spalding (Jack) and Dr. Joseph D. Spalding (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Spalding, Mary Jeanne Wochner and Joe Wochner.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Leake of Monroe City, MO, Jane Crowe (Keith) of Hunnewell, MO, James E Spalding Jr. (Diana) of Olathe, KS and Joni Karr (Steve) of Talkeetna, AK; and his grandchildren, Emily King, Valerie Caldwell (Chris), Nik Schroff (Lisa), Emily Leake, Aaron Crowe (Tonya Griffith), Adam Crowe (Jamie), Adair Crowe (Alyssa), Lauren Spataro (David), Karen Hannaford (Scott), Matt Karr and Charlie Karr. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic School or Monroe City Nutrition Center.
