It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Heckemeyer of Saint Elizabeth, Missouri, born in Meta, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Struemph and Anna Elizabeth Struemph (Bax); her husband George Heckemeyer; her sons, Roger Heckemeyer and David Heckemeyer; and her siblings, Fred, Henry Struemph and Mary Struemph.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Kemna (Carl), Elaine Kesel (Jim), Judy Doerhoff (Sid), Darlene Loethen (Tony) and Lois Otto; her daughter-in-law Diane Heckemeyer; her grandchildren, Sherie Monteer (Dustin), Aaron Kemna, Darren Kemna, Lori Webb (Josh), Christa Luebbering (Clinton), John Kesel (Heather), Jared Kesel (Dawn), Jason Kesel (Holly), Justin Kesel, Heather Bax (Derek), Josh Doerhoff (Kylie), Kelly Lohsandt (Dalton), Sarah Heckemeyer (Josh Cox), Brad Loethen, Troy Loethen (Kelsey), Ryan Loethen (Morgan), Whitley Otto and Clayton Otto (Hannah); her brother Lawrence Struemph (Evelyn); and her sister-in-law Lorene Heckemeyer. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
