Virginia Ruth Skaggs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Ruth Skaggs of Saint Clair, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd L. Parsons and Fannie Belle Parsons (Smith); her siblings, Floyd Parsons Jr., Annabell "Sissy" Huff and Alicia Sue Riddle; her parents-in-law, Huey and Essie Faye Skaggs; and her in-laws, Eugene and Margaret Skaggs.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Skaggs; her son CJ Skaggs; her sister Judy Volner (Rick); and her sisters-in-law, Hazel Skaggs and Kathy Eckhoff. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664).
