He is survived by: his parents, John Kellogg (LeAnn Kellogg) and Robin Rousan; his daughter Macie Kellogg of Union; his brothers, John Michael Kellogg of Kansas City and Jason Kellogg of Branson; his grandmother Joyce Noonan; and his aunts and uncles, Tim Rousan, Scott Rousan, Brenda Rousan, Randy Kellogg (Cindy), Debbie Hickinbotham (Ralph) and Jackie Crittendon. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
