With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean (Prather) Bailey of Saint Clair, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter James Prather and Mary Prather; her stepmother Francis Mae Prather; and her daughter Cathy Adams. She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Bailey; her sons, Ronnie Bailey (JoAnn) of Grubville, MO and Robbie Bailey of St. Clair, MO; her son-in-law Robert Adams of St. Clair; and her sisters, Beverly Johns (Dennis) of Houston, TX and Stella Richardson of St. Peters, MO. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
