He is survived by: his parents, Dawn Johnson (Couch) of St. Clair and John Johnson of Gerald; his son Collen; his girlfriend Brittany Callow of St. Clair; his sister Kay Ray Kittrell of Sullivan; and his grandmother Karen Couch of Union. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
