He is survived by: his mother Patsy May Starks of St. Clair, MO; his wife Tina Starks of St. Clair, MO; his sons, Allen Starks (Amanda) of St. Clair, MO and Josh Starks of Springfield, IL; his sisters, Amy Jo Arnold (Johnie) of Lonedell, MO and Deanna Hamilton (John) of New Haven, MO; his father-in-law Raymond Frame (Shirley) of Flippin, AR; his sister-in-law Denise Kucginski (Joel) of Mountain Home, AR; and his granddaughters, Alicia Starks of St. Clair, MO and Sierra Starks of St. Clair, MO. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
