With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Francis of Saint Clair, Missouri, who passed away on November 19, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Eileen Winters; her children, Stephanie Francis and Stephen Francis; and her husband Richard Francis. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Mills (Brian) of St. Clair; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hoke (Justin) of St. Clair and Andrew Mills of St. Clair; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Bailey, Valerie Hoke, Jeremiah Hoke, Issac Hoke, Nathan Hoke and Silas Hoke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
