He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Powell and Diana Powell (Jones); his grandparents, Tony and Doris Jones; his sister-in-law Angela Powell; and his uncle George Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Powell (Friend) of St. Clair; his sons, Evan Powell of St. Clair, Mason Powell of St. Clair and Brandon Hoerr of St. Clair; his siblings, Larry Powell of Union, Shawn Powell (Annie) of Ohio, Stacey Powell of Washington and Missy Powell of St. Clair; his granddaughter Lucy Yokum of Wildwood; and his pet Scrappy. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other family; many friends.
