She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd John Pinnell and Mildred Clarissa Pinnell. She is survived by: her husband Sam Carter of St. Clair, MO; her children, Janice Lee Dierker (Warren) of Lonedell, MO and Larry Carter (Dianna) of Pacific, MO; her siblings, Judy Sullivan (Dale) of St. Clair, MO and Tom Pinnell (Marcia) of Chapin, SC; her sister-in-law Joyce Hawkins (Harold) of St. Clair, MO; and her grandchildren, Kelly Wayne Dierker (Julie) of Richwoods, MO, Janell Talleur (Greg) of St. Clair, MO, Janette Blanner (Michael) of Washington, MO, Ryan Christopher Carter (Detta) of Pacific, MO and Brianna Renee Bundy (Jake) of Wildwood, MO. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, with one on the way, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
