He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mangrum and Nellie Jeffers; and his siblings, Tony Jeffers, Russell Jeffers, Harold Jeffers, Richard Jeffers and Alice-Emma Jeffers.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mangrum of St. Clair; his children, Buck Mangrum of St. Clair and Jeanne Mangrum (Manny) of St. Clair; his sisters, Joyce Carnahan of Macon, Patricia Glasford of Caruthersville and Pam Dial (Don) of Caruthersville; and his grandchildren, Linell Joseph Brinson (Ashley Marquez) of St. Clair, Madison Brinson of St. Clair, Collin, Adrian, Audrey and Bryce. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
