He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny Creek. He is survived by: his parents, Cody Duncan (Ashley Burns) of St. Clair and Macey Moorman of Pacific; his brother Nash Duncan of St. Clair; and his grandparents, Mark, Cheryl Duncan of Lonedell and Rhonda Moorman of Pacific. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
