He is survived by: his children, Sarah Bonnarens (Matt), Eve Taylor and John Rogers; and his siblings, David Hubbard (Thesa) and Lisa Cain (Bruce). He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
