He is survived by: his wife Mary Starling of St. Clair, MO; his son James E. Starling, Jr. of Tarpon Springs, FL; his daughter-in-law Diane Starling of St. Louis, MO; his sister Pamela Greenwell; his grandchildren, Nicholas Starling of Dallas, TX, Erica Starling (Chad) of St. Louis, MO and Jessica Starling (Mike Ford) of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchild Sophia Ford of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
