He is survived by: his wife Betty Muller; his children, David Muller, Jeff Muller (Denise), Sue Kassebaum (Lowell), Eric Muller (Dawn) and Debra Black; his grandchildren, Clayton, Connor, Collin Muller, Kyle Kassebaum, Grayson and Oliver Black; his stepgrandchildren, Lyndon Kassebaum, Destiny Kruel, Bradley and Sara Hendricks; his stepgreat-grandchild Gunner Kruel; and his in-laws, Wanda Snyder (Bill), Alvin Hallum (Paula), Jerry Hallum (Brenda), Janice Hallum and Joyce Sack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
