He is survived by: his wife Charlene Marie Neal of St. Clair, MO; his children, Gerald Lee Neal Jr. of St. Clair, MO, Brian Neal (Julie) of St. Clair, MO and Kimberly Gatewood (Scott Knight) of St. Clair, MO; and his siblings, Daniel Neal of Pacific, MO and Francis Garrison (Carl) of Farmington, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
