She is survived by: her husband Larry Lewis of Union, MO; her children, Jeremy Lewis (Marjorie) of Eureka, MO, Jamie Bacon (Timothy) of Eureka, MO and Brandon Lewis (Rebecca) of Troy, MO; her siblings, Daniel Hoffmann (Kathy) of Ellington, MO, Joyce Lewis (Perry) of Ellington, MO and Jeanette Davis (Jeff Lee) of Dittmer, MO; her grandchildren, Madison, Blake Lewis, Caleb Ham, Collin and Dylan Lewis; and her mother-in-law Barbara Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
