He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harold Leslie and Irene Leslie; his sister Margo Hoeman; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Olms. He is survived by: his wife Susan Leslie of Lonedell, MO; his children, Sharon Leslie-Lefarth (Robert) of Catawissa, MO and Mike Leslie (Dawn) of Cedar Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Patrick Lefarth (Ashley), Julia Schaefer (Jesse), Allison Leslie and Emily Leslie; and his daughters, Marleigh and Shadow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
