He is survived by: his children, Mark Goforth of St. Clair, Ben Goforth of Lake Lotawana and Molly Shaffar (Michael) of St. Clair; his grandchildren, Devon Goforth of St. Clair, Ethan Goforth of Washington, MO, Hannah Goforth of Lee Summit, MO, Tessa Twitty of Union, MO, Brandi and Heather Goforth of Sacramento, CA; his great grandchildren, Michael, Orion Goforth of Sacramento, Gabriel Bishop of Union and Avery Gieseke of Lee's Summit, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Wibert of Henderson, KY and Bonnie Farmer (Gary) of Poplar Bluff, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
