He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Downey (Maudie) and Maudie Downey; and his sisters, Carolyn DeClue and Paula Downey. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Jenkins of St. Clair; and his siblings, William Downey (Elaine) of St. Clair, Ed Downey of St. Clair, Sandy Tyrey of St. Clair, Sharon Rice (Tom) of Cuba and Tina Downey of St. Clair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
