He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Sue Folks. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Folks (Shanna) and Kevin Folks (Sandie); his grandchildren, Timothy, Patrick, Stephanie, Sara, Cody and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Kade, Samuel and Skylar. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
