He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel B. Green and Betty J. Green; and his son Matthew J. Green. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Kay Green; his daughter Stephanie Taksel; his grandson Max Taksel-Fukushima; his siblings, Stanley K. Green (Joan) and Kristie Summers (Mark); his brother-in-law Perry J. Bumpus (Nancy); and his aunts and uncles, Margye Smith (late Bob), Dottye Wolf (late Bob) and Ed Haas (ErmaJean).
Memorials may be made in Bill's name to CJD Foundation (Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease) or Church of the Shepherd or a Charity of Your Choice.
