He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Price; his parents, Joyce R. Price and Edith M. Price; and his siblings, Byron "Bud" S. Price, Peggy J. Walker, Donald J. Price, Kenneth C. Price and Robert M. Price.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Price and Kelly Poor (Joel); his sister Laura A. Lyle; his grandchildren, Dominic Price (Nicke), Sarah Poor, Kendall Poor and Christopher Woodfin; his stepdaughter Kelly Woodfin; and his great grandchild Lovelynn Price.
The family has requested donations be made to the First St. Charles United Methodist Church.
