He was predeceased by: his parents, Amaryllis Anne and Richard Leonard Kuehn. He is survived by: his siblings, Jody Kuehn and Richard A. Kuehn; his close friend Jamie Heck; his pet Ginger; and his friend Steven. He is also survived by cousins, dear friends.

Memorials may be made in Steven's name to Animal Protective Association - Missouri.
