It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Mae Schmidt of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Boehle and Mae Boehle (Donald Schmidt); and her siblings, Kenneth Boehle and Janice Baker. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Spaunhorst, Barb Hatfield and Donald Schmidt; her grandchildren, Michael Hatfield (Jill), Amy Schulte (James), Scott Schmidt (Mindy), Sarah Walsh (Dylan), Ben Spaunhorst (Monica), Brandon Schmidt, James Schmidt, Xavier, Xander, Mason, Kinzie, Kevin, Noah, Aidan, Ella, Alexis, Connor, Jeremiah, Alice, Arthur and Remington; her great great grandchildren, Brody and Wells; and her brother Bob Boehle (Elaine). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, cousins.
