She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood "Woody" P. Borcherding; and her parents, Mary Lentz and James Lentz. She is survived by: her son Mark Borcherding (Michelle); her granddaughters, Helena and Nora Borcherding; and her siblings, Richard Lentz (Joyce), Marlyn McCafferty (Gary) and Bob Lentz. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Jean's name to St. Charles County.
