He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Duncan and Ruby Duncan; and his siblings, Olivia Bryant, Orville Duncan, Owen Duncan and Orma Duncan.
He is survived by: his significant other Betty Duncan; his daughters, Cindy Roettger (Tom) and Vicky Ann Lewis; his grandchildren, Erica Vogt (Brian), Matthew Roettger (Kelly) and Jared Lewis (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Adele Vogt, Austin Vogt, Lester Roettger, Averie Lewis and Baylee Lewis; his siblings, Hazel Levings (late R. D.), Lonnie Duncan (Kathy), Don Duncan (Brenda), Dean Duncan (Kathy), Dennis Duncan (Sandy) and Debbie Boulware (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Kay Hartz (late Bob) and Terry Weissenbach.
Memorials may be made in Roy's name to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
