He was predeceased by: his father Carl Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Francis Johnson; his children, Kayla Topping (Steve), Alex Johnson (Elliott Barnes), Blake Johnson and Kyle Johnson; his grandchild Addyson Topping; his sisters, Carla Johnson and Angie Johnson; and his former wife Lori Johnson.
Memorials may be made in Ronald's name to the National Kidney Foundation or directly to the family for support of funeral costs.
