We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2024, at the age of 73, Rodney Lyle Brickey of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Danville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Carlson Brickey; and his siblings, Tom Brickey, Ross Brickey and Sue Plater. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

“I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Rod. As you may know, he was the best boss one could have working in the Delphi/GM environment. He was a great boss, who gave me a lot of latitude and freedom to do my job. He was also my friend of whom I respected and enjoyed being with. FYI, I heard from Walker and I contacted John Strader and Art Collins. Also I called Ken Kacenga (Ken was my college roommate who lives in Sierra Vista, AZ). Rod visited him when you guys lived there.”
