He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Sommerlad and Dorothy Sommerlad; and his brother Russell Sommerlad. He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Sommerlad; his daughter Sherry DiGirolamo (Ed); and his grandchildren, Anthony DiGirolamo (Joanna) and Jacqueline DiGirolamo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob's honor to the Disabled Veterans National Foundation.
