Norma Koetter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Koetter of Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lincoln and Frances Luke; and her daughter Becky Sprague (Chris). She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Koetter; her daughters, Marsha Tucker (Dave Eaton) and Diane Weber (Jim); her brother Don Luke; her grandchildren, Jenny Batterton (Steve Baker), Luke Weber (Sarah), Dan Weber (Maria), Andy Sprague, Matt Sprague and Tom Sprague; and her great grandchildren, Henry Weber, Jake Weber, Colin Weber, Janie Weber and Tony Weber.
