She was predeceased by: her husband David Norwine; her parents, Randall Milligan and Cameron Milligan; and her son John Christopher Norwine. She is survived by: her children, Laura Kinne (Gordon), Mark David Norwine (Lisa), Greg Norwine (Marcia) and Michael Norwine (Julie). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, always putting her family.
