He is survived by: his children, Eva and Simon Slack; the mother of his children Dawn; his nieces, Shannah Kinealy (Brett) and Krista Wade (Bob); his nephew Danny Slack (Alycia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, John, Jocelyn, Mia, Siena and Leah.
