He was predeceased by: his sister Vicki Kane; his siblings-in-law, Robin Martin and Susan Mays; and his parents, John Watts and Billie Jean Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Watts; his children, Billie Breen (Greg) and Christy Pusczek (Ted); his grandchildren, Tori O'Neal (Brad), Abby Breen, Ethan Breen, Corrie Pusczek and Maci Pusczek; his great grandchildren, Liam and Piper O'Neal; and his brother-in-law Charles Martin.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Mt. Sinai Mausoleum Chapel (8430 Gravois Rd, St. Louis, MO 63123). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
