We bid farewell to Melvin V. DuBois of Saint Charles, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 11, 2025 at the age of 93. Melvin V. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn E. DuBois; his parents, Louis DuBois and Mary DuBois; his daughter Theresa; and his siblings, Wilbert DuBois, Arbert DuBois, Verlene Sarnes, Harold DuBois, Dorothy Sudheimer and Paul DuBois.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia DuBois, Michael DuBois (late Nancy), Matthew DuBois (Kimberly), Dawn Alberson and Dana Blaha (late Paul); his grandchildren, Shelby DuBois, Scott DuBois, Melanie DuBois, Jenna Alberson, Scott Alberson Jr., Heather Ackerman, Misty Fletcher and Justin Ackerman (Jennylyn); his great grandchildren, Zoi Dunse, Haden Dunse, Caine Fletcher, Dayven Flecter, Abria Fletcher and David Ackerman; his great great grandchild Amera Dunse; and his sister Mary Ann Isbell (late Donald Sr.).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Cletus Catholic Church (2705 Zumbehl Rd, St Charles, MO 63301).
Memorials may be made in Mel's name to Disabled American Veterans.
