It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Speer of Saint Charles, Missouri, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dodd and Caroline Dodd; her husband Donald Speer, Jr.; and her granddaughter Audrey. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Estes (Daniel) and David Speer (Jessica); her grandchildren, Steven, Jeffrey, John, Henry and Parker; and her brothers, Harry Dodd (Lynne), Stephen Dodd (Wendy), Tim Dodd (Sharon), John Dodd (Bonnie) and Peter Dodd (Cindi). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
