He was predeceased by: his parents, William Webb and Shirley Webb; his daughter Hannah Webb; and his sisters, Patricia Dugger, Kathyrine "Katy" Bay and Karen Brownell.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Webb of St. Charles, Missouri; and his brother Christopher "Chris" Webb of Frankford, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
