She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nichols and Beulah "Jane" Nichols; her daughter Melissa Ann Lecrone; and her siblings, Terri Lynn Nichols and Gerald Paul Nichols.

She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Marie Bornefeld (Jeffery "Jeff"); her grandchildren, Andrew Lecrone (Cara), Nicole Lecrone, Sydney Bornefeld, Zach Stoehner (Savannah), Brooksie Volkmann (David), Austin Volkmann and Riley Bornefeld; and her siblings, Jimmie Nichols (Neva), Roy Nichols (Janine), Charlie Nichols (late Paula) and John Nichols (Roxanne). She is also survived by her family, friends.
