She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Louis Michael and Pauline Hauser Foltz; and her sister Jeanne Blacker (Marty). She is survived by: her husband Judge Joe Briscoe; her children, Lou Briscoe (Lisa), Valerie Heien (Keith), Jim Briscoe (Judy) and Debbie Wood (Rob); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Briscoe, Benjamin Briscoe, Adam Briscoe, Andrew Heien, Matthew Heien (Mackenzie), Kristine Luebbers (Paul), Samuel Briscoe, Ryan Briscoe, Rachel Briscoe, Kelsey Anderson (Sean) and Rob Wood, IV; her great grandchildren, Blaire Heien, Marshall Heien, Hailey Heien and Charlotte Luebbers; and her sibling Leslie Masterson (Frank). She is also survived by her children or grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - St Charles (620 Jefferson St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (601 N 4th St, St Charles, MO 63301).
