She was predeceased by: her husband Troy Dickerson; and her parents, John Meister and Alma Meister. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Woodworth and Claudia Pohrer (Rich); her grandchildren, Ryan Woodworth (Bridget), Christina Sheehy (Keven) and Richie Pohrer; her great grandchildren, Andi Woodworth, Troy Woodworth and Loreli Sheehy; and her friend Walt Kroeger.

Memorials may be made in Joan's name to Good Shepherd UCC.
