He is survived by: his wife Annette Mollett; his children, Derek Mollett (Kristin), Jimmy Mollett (Haley), Andrea Rednour (Ryan) and Patrick Mollett (Brooke Davis); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Marisa, Ethan, Morgan, Lizzie, Mariana, Palin, Brenden, Trent, Charli, Espen, Tatum, Easton, Dylan, Zachary and Xayne; and his pet Wrinkles.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
