We bid farewell to James S. Powell Sr. (Saint Charles, Missouri), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2024 at the age of 95. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Church; his wife Marilyn Powell; and his sister Darlene Beckman. He is survived by: his children, Jim Powell, Jr. (Vivian), Maribeth Campbell, Jr. (Ed), Cindy Powell and Jay Powell (Susan); his grandchildren, Alysia Hill (Sean), Jim Powell, III (Jamie), Ryan Kolasch, Brett Kolasch (Kasey), Hunter Powell and Cody Powell; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Grace, Jake, Luke, Jack and Charlee.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center (5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Charles, MO 63304). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location.
