He is survived by: his children, James Pettig, Jr. of Cuba, MO, Katherine Tegeler of St. Charles, MO, Jeffery Pettig of Steelville, MO, Kimberly Wallace (Jim) of Belle, MO and Brenda Pettig Cole of Troy, MO; his stepson Christopher Burback (Cindy) of Troy, MO; and his brother Gary E. Pettig of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by niece and nephews, cousins, and friends.
