He was predeceased by: his parents, Stiles Lessly and Mabel Lessly; his sister Marilyn Brace; and his daughters-in-law, Diane Lessly and Charlotte Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Lessly; his sons, Russ Lessly, Gregg Lessly (Laurie) and Doug Lessly; his grandchildren, Ryan, Adam, David, Sydney, Sabrina, Julia, Jon and Zach; and his great grandchild Alivia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center (5987 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Charles, MO 63304). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
