She was predeceased by: her husband Orville L. Hollander; her parents, Warren "Slim" McCarty and Nellie McCarty; and her son Jeff Hollander (Becky). She is survived by: her children, Pam Seaman (Terry), Keith Hollander (Carol), Angie Collins (Pat) and Shane Hollander (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Nicole Breeland (late Craig), Cassi Applegate (Craig), Hannah Seaman, Eric MacElroy (Cathy), Karrie Coons (Michael), Dave Horton (Julie), Matthew Collins, Brett Collins, Caitlin Hollander and Ashley Hollander.

Memorial donations may be made in Ida's name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
