She was predeceased by: her husband Henry H. McFarland; her parents, Gladys Bateman and Roger Lee Bateman; and her sisters, Mary Lee Martin and Barbara Jo Wilkins.
She is survived by: her children, Robert McFarland (Barbara), Marilyn McFarland, Carolyn Pierce (James) and Janice Heitmann (Michael); her grandchildren, Katie Canole, Austin Pierce (Anne), Chad Pierce (Allie), Christopher Pierce (Tara), Matthew Heitmann (Kimberly) and Brian Heitmann (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Lucy Pierce, Nora Pierce, Relena Pierce, Simon Heitmann, Alice Heitmann and Emily Heitmann; and her brother Kenneth Bateman (Patsey).
